JavaScript Money Format（用prototype對Number進行擴展）

Currency to number – removing money formatting （用正則表達式進行過濾）

這個方法僅僅應用於小數分隔符為"."的模式，如果小數分隔符是"," 那麼正則表達式為/[^0-9-,]/g
